But if I had to choose the hardest part of being a CEO, it would have to be the constant pressure to make tough decisions. Whether it’s determining the direction of the company, laying off employees, or negotiating major deals, being a CEO means being responsible for the well-being and success of the entire organization.

It’s a role that requires not only strong leadership skills but also the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make calculated risks.

In this post, I’ll delve into some of the specific challenges I’ve encountered as a CEO and how I’ve approached them.

Decision Making

As a CEO, you are constantly faced with a seemingly endless stream of decisions that need to be made.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that it’s crucial to gather as much information as possible before making a decision.
